We strongly encourage people to rely upon verified, credible sources of election information – sources that can explain the many layers of physical, operational, and technical safeguards that exist to protect the integrity of our elections, including use of paper ballots for auditing and recounts. We remain fully prepared to defend our company and our customers against lies and to seek accountability from those who spread them.

- Dominion is a U.S. company headquartered in Colorado.
- Dominion has no ownership ties to George Soros, foreign leaders (including no financial ties to the Chinese government), or U.S. political party leaders.
- Dominion and Smartmatic are separate companies. Dominion does not use or license Smartmatic software.
- Thousands of audits and recounts since November 2020 have confirmed the accuracy and integrity of election results and verified the reliability of Dominion's certified voting systems.
- Every federally certified Dominion system is submitted for review and testing to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) using independent, accredited Voting System Test Labs.
- Dominion voting systems are designed and certified by the U.S. government to be closed systems that do not connect to the Internet. State and local requirements also serve to maintain air gaps for security.
- All Dominion systems are based on voter-verifiable paper ballots or paper records for auditing.
- Dominion systems comply with all requirements for system updates and election records retention.
- Dominion machines accurately read paper ballots marked with writing instruments approved by election officials, including Sharpie pens.
